    And now for something completely different...you know those moments when you are not feeling well, the weather is wet and windy, you curl up with a cuddly throw and hot water bottle and watch what? The following is a scene from a film I first saw as a child with my cousin and we rolled around the floor laughing so much I wet myself -so here is a little clip -what's your comfort film?

  • Imagine A World Without Trees

    There is a lot of alarming news right now concerning the melting of the ice-cap, but how fast, faster than the scientists predicted. All I can say is that we now see the evidence every single day with non stop rain fall -unprecedented flooding , coupled with the destruction of the rain forests at a rate of knots which is frightening. Trees are literally life giving. Can you imagine what it would be like on this planet without trees?

    Saxon has to go see Mr Benson tonight for his check up and final stitches out -he has been eating for Britain this week and we have had a job to keep up with ime -he has certanly put back some wieght and is getting cheeky again -which is just wonderful!:D:D I love that old hound :yes:
